This corner site at the junction of Mentmore Terrace and London Lane is planned for redevelopment. The proposal, which will be submitted for planning, is to be a 4-storey warehouse style building, which will provide new workspace and homes.
Within the new building there are 4 new workspace units and 4 new flats. The workspace units are intended to be used by small and medium sized businesses such as digital design studios or start-ups.
